Operating Duty：

1. You will be responsible for the detailed design, circuit parameter calculation and circuit debugging of the switching power supply scheme based on GaN power devices

2. Responsible for the selection of power devices, transformers, controllers, etc. and the optimization of the overall cost of the solution

3. Responsible for the design and drawing of schematic diagram and PCB

4. Responsible for measuring, evaluating the overall performance of the system, analyzing and calculating losses

5. Responsible for comparing the performance of different power devices in related topologies

6. Through the analysis of the damage mechanism of the product device, optimize the circuit parameters of the existing product and improve the production process to improve the quality and achieve the level of mass production.

Job Requirements：

Undergraduate more than 5 years experience in testing engineering of communication products in design company or packaging factory.

1. Familiar with common test platforms in the industry, such as Accotest, 93k, J750, PAX, NI, etc.

2. Familiar with the test hardware development process and development cycle, and have relevant project experience.

3. Familiar with test program development, can independently complete product test program development and debug based on matching test platform.

4. Familiar with GaN/GaAs RF and power device testing, able to carry out product testing related work in a timely manner according to the actual product development progress.

5. Familiar with CP test is better.

Operating Duty：

Connect with the packaging factory, select the appropriate test platform based on the product requirements and the testing resources of the packaging factory, follow up and complete the development and debug of the test program, and the development and buyoff of the test hardware.

1. Responsible for the test of customer samples in the NPI stage, gradually optimize the test procedure, collect data related to product performance, and assist the chip R&D team to complete the product specification.

2. Responsible for maintaining mass production product testing, controlling product testing yield, and timely analyzing and handling abnormal problems such as low yield in the production line.

3. Assist in handling product failure or client quality issues, and assist in handling RMA.
