According to the disclosure of 'Jiaxing Science and Technology City', the total investment of the high-end analog semiconductor manufacturing project is 10 billion yuan. The project will be implemented in two phases: the first phase will introduce the world's top chip design talent team, with a planned total investment of about 1 billion yuan, and it is expected to be operational in 2024. The income is about 350 million yuan, and the tax paid is about 10 million yuan; the total investment of the second phase is about 9 billion yuan.


Baixing Microelectronics is led by Tsinghua alumni, and the research institute participates in investment. Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute said that the Baixing Microelectronics team has power control, digital-to-analog conversion and other technologies with completely independent intellectual property rights, which have broad application prospects in the fields of unmanned driving, high-speed network communication, and industrial automation. According to the data, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute was established in 2003 by Zhejiang Province and Tsinghua University.
